I have stayed and played at the Silver Reef at least 4 times, and my experiences have varied. This location is only 5 minutes off I-5 and a great jumping off spot for a trip into Canada. The casino is well ventilated and offers a non-smoking area as well. DO NOT wait till the last minute to reserve a table or you're bound to be disappointed. It's worth the trip just enjoy this small, elegant dining room. For dining they offer a buffet, an Asian restaurant, and a fabulous steak house for fine dining.
Suggest you check out their menu and make your selections ahead of time. The swimming area offers a hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Their spa is wonderful and reasonably priced. The rooms are of average size but the beds extremely comfortable and everything spotlessly clean.
Check-in as still able to allow the offer. As a past guest, I had received an email special rate offer but forgot to bring the confirmation with me. The staff is always friendly and professional. We have enjoyed the hospitality at the Silver Reef several times.
